Question: So witch one is it? They say to eat ur first meal 30-60min after waking up but the also say....? ...say that it is better working out before breakfast so that you burn stored fat instead of burning off what you just ate. Sowhich one is it. Thank you in advance.
Answer: I used to workout before I ate breakfast, which resulted in me just getting overly tired with achy muscles. I consulted a trainer and they told me that the very best thing to do is to NEVER workout on a completely empty stomach. If you simply have a protein SHAKE for breakfast before your workout, you have the energy you need to get through it, and you also have the protein to help you build the lean muscle you are trying to achieve. This was a trainer that worked in a Ladies' Workout Express.

Answer: Yeah--me. Drinking to intoxication is stupid. It's bad for your health, drunken people look and act stupid, and it's the first step on the road to alcoholism. Why would you voluntarily give up control of yourself?

Answer: If you remember, Hansel and Gretel are the children of a poor woodcutter. Their parents were so desparate that they thought that their children would be better off abandoned in the woods to fend for themselves. They probably did not have much fat on them to begin with. My guess is that the witch wanted some fat as she was going to roast them in an oven, and a little fat would have helped retain some of the moistness of the meat during a long roasting process.
Question: budget meal for us please? hey guys, i am a mum of a 3 year oldand a newborn who is very demanding, i find i cannot manage to make meals and i but pre packaged witch is very expensive and no good.

Answer: Make an initial outlay and buy a slow cooker - seriously, they're fantastic. You end up with heaps of leftovers which you can then change with hardly any effort the next day to make more interesting. Ask a friend or someone in your family to do you a favour if you don't have the time and buy you a spice rack - I just bought one and, for €25, got 16 spices in a handy rack (DO I sound like an ad or what??)- basically if you have a bunch of dried spices and some tinned tomatoes on hand you can always make tomato soup or pasta sauce which is great when you're exhausted. If you whip up a big batch when the kids are asleep for half an hour you can freeze it for when you need it - I usually just make it as pasta sauce then, if I want soup, just defrost and add extra liquid.
Eg.
Pot roast (brisket or round roast sometimes costs as little as €8/kg). - just chuck it in with a can of mushroom soup and a sachet of onion soup powder (or if, like me in Ireland, you can't get onion soup mix, add a coupla teaspoons onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, pepper, maybe some paprika, you get the picture) and cook all day without opening once. 10 minutes prep at night will get you mashed potatoes and steamed carrots (they're better if they're not peeled anyway, so just chop potatoes and boil them (or use the instant sachets, they're perfectly good and pretty cheap) and chop carrots and microwave, toss with a bit of honey and they're lovely), or steamed beans (frozen beans in the microwave, couldn't be easier).
Then save the gravy, and the next day chuck shred half the leftovers and chuck in the slow cooker with the leftover gravy and an extra cup of instant gravy an hour before dinner. Serve with mash again (make a big batch the first time and just reheat the next day), or egg noodles.
Or put all the leftover meat and gravy in a baking dish, add some frozen mixed veg (carrots, peas, beans) and another cup of instant gravy, and use the leftover mash on top. Bung in the oven for an hour to heat through and you have cottage pie. If you have time, grate cheese over the top for the last 15 minutes.
Another idea is shredding the leftovers in a pot with some of your frozen sauce or a can of chopped tomatoes and some mixed herbs and serve with pasta.
I also make soup in my crockpot - just chop all the veg up and chuck in with a few cups of chicken broth and some herbs - it freezes really well and is great for lunch with toast, or for dinner with a couple of breadrolls.
And you can do roast chicken too - main issue is taking the skin off (a bit healthier but you can do it with it on if you want) - then you just chuck it in on top of a few balls of tin foil and chuck in a quartered onion and some garlic cloves and dried herbs for flavour (if you've taken the skin off spray it with olive oil as well) and again leave it on low all day. You'll get dinner for several days out of that - roast first night, shredded in pasta sauce with spaghetti next night, chuck it on premade pizza bases with pizza sauce, cheese and some veg the next night, or with fajita sauce, cheese, tomato and lettuce in fajitas. Or make couscous (2 cup boiling chicken stock to 1 1 cup couscous, leave in a covered bowl for 15 minutes, fluff with a fork once the liquid is absorbed and serve), add shredded chicken and some frozen stir-fry vegetables you've cooked in the microwave and any chopped fresh herbs you have onhand (optional), will take you the 15 minutes the couscous takes to cook and you're done.
You need to strike a balance between money and time, so buy frozen veg - get ordinary mixed and stir-fry or Mediterranean mixes for variety. Have stock cubes onhand - beef, chicken, veg, fish, whatever - a cup of stock added to pasta sauce makes soup, 2 cups makes couscous, a cup of beef stock added to your pot roast at the beginning of cooking will make gravy at the end... Instant mashed potato is very easy if you don't have time to chop (let along peel!) potatoes. Get plain frozen veggies (eg. beans) and serve microwaved and tossed with wedges of fresh tomato and salt and pepper - texture and colour will make your plate more interesting. Keep tinned fish onhand - a tin of tuna will add protein and flavour to pasta sauce, frozen veg will give you nutrients, and if you've already got bottled or frozen pasta sauce, dinner will only take you as long as it takes to cook dried pasta. Pasta, couscous, rice - all are less prep than potatoes (except aforementioned instant potatoes!) Bottled sauces will make your life easier - keep an eye out for sales. Dried herbs will help you make premade ingredients more interesting and give variety. There are some good websites with meal-planning and budgeting ideas - learn to cook in bulk, it'll take you a bit longer on one day, but save you heaps of time on following days.

Starch turns to sugar in acid, like in the stomach. So refined flour products, bread, crackers, etc. need to be avoided. They are sugar.
Good snacks include seeds and nuts, cheese, herbal tea sweetened with stevia, celery with peanut butter, tomato, cucumber and avocado salad.

Answer: Switch to a heat mat controlled by a thermostat or rheostat. It's the only way to go...
You could possibly switch to a much lower wattage lamp, but lamps dry out the air and make humidity hard to maintain, so that's one reason why a UTH is a better choice.
She doesn't think your puppy is food. For one, it's way too big. For another, it doesn't smell like rodents.
Her attitude could very well be because she is just too hot.

If you want to build your own lot Down Town, you get there from the neighborhood screen. You can not build when you are there with one of your Sims. Building in Down Town is similar to building in your neighborhood. You select floors, walls, and items to use. Some items, however, can ONLY be used Down Town. The hot dog stand is an example of this. There are a handful of important rules to know if you plan to build successfully Down Town. Certain types of buildings need certain employees. You don't need to worry about that directly but you do have to buy certain items that are important to the business. When you build a restaurant, putting in a sink will hire a dish washer and a podium will hire waiters. Clothing stores must have cash registers to hire cashiers. You get the idea.

We’re “innocent” humans? Uh, No, sad as it may sound, we are very absent-minded. We are allowed to kill mountain lions because we wanted to jog there and these lions are desperate to find something to eat? We kill animals for pleasure!
We’re the ones who pick on sad little bugs and build factories and stomp on innocent ants for pleasure. We’re the ones that kill cows, pigs, bunnies, and dogs for that feast. We’re the ones that pollute our area! Look around, poor people on the streets when nobody cares. Billionaires and even us who barley chips in a cent.
For our “fun” We buy video games (which wastes electricity and boosts up global warming!) Chips, Pop, all the junk that we need to “survive!” witch is actually making us fatter and unhealthy when that money could go to amazing use! Here’s the thing…
Why can’t we jog somewhere else? We’re the only ones who carelessly poison the earth and waste money on things that we need to “take pleasure in” And when all the people who really need help, poor people, and even endangered spices, it’s too “costly!” Are chips more important than our earth and other spices that do nothing to us!? Those mountain lions and deer deserve a BIG bite out of all of us!
If we all combined some of the money they spend on junk we could buy millions of helicopters to drop off meat from dead animals that died from old age onto animals’ habitats for a nice meal. Why don’t we leave them alone and live somewhere else. Why do we get to attack living animals for a meal when they can’t to us? We can all work together! -I rarely ever have chips with my lunch
-during the holidays I allow myself one sweet a day
-if I ever get hungry and need a snack I have a 90 calorie granola bar
-I have a desert only one day a week or none
-I weigh myself every day
-I use a eating/exercise diary
-I keep a chart with what the length around my hips/thigh/waist/sstomach

Day 1:

Answer: The trouble with witchcraft, or magic in any form, is that it would have to be kept absolutely secret. Just think what would happen if word got out. Remember the movie about the little girl that could start fires? The government would steal her away in a second, and make it look like she died in an accident. So, while there are lots of things she could do, it would have to be small stuff, and things that would attract no attention from guests or neighbors. Or the irs, or the government, you get the idea.
