Iboga
Question: Can you still purchase peyote and iboga in the smart shops in Amsterdam? If the dollar still has any value to the Euro come summertime I'm planning on visiting Amsterdam. Now that mushrooms are akin to heroin and cocaine, classified as a hard drug, (bad mother earth and people for growing you without the governments permission) are they going to crack down on smart shops selling other simular products?
Answer: God I really don't know why you would want to, if I read about it then it is really dodgy.... but ok, personal opinions aside.
One of the smartshops proclaims that you can order it online (but not ship to the US before you ask because of the law!) and so I suppose if you can order online then you can also buy in person. Best thing maybe is to send them a Email directly (link below)
Good luck.... think you'll need it with this stuff!

Question: Has anyone ever tried the Iboga plant for post traumatic stress disorder caused by sexual abuse? I want to try it can anyone find me a doctor in the us that can help me?
Answer: That compound causes severe long term psychiatric complications and neurological damage. It's also illegal to even possess it - a very major felony. It is absolutely not a quick and easy solution these kinds of psychiatric problems - they take years of work with a therapist.
Question: Is it possible to destroy every marijuana plant, psilocybe mushroom, and Iboga root in the world? Would this help win the war on drugs? Why is the government and so many people against those who use these things? What harm does it cause others?
Answer: No its impossible to destroy it all because its in every area in the world.
The government does not like these drugs because they don't fit into the daily life they want people to have. These drugs are boundary dissolving. Government relies on boundaries to keep people in line. These drugs harm very few people. Some people have adverse reactions and go a little bit nutty. But under the right conditions and proper knowledge of what the drug does and what you should expect from the experience they are completely safe.
Question: Has anyone ever used ibogaine (iboga) for drug dependency? I have been doing some reaserch on this drug from Africa. It is a right of passage drug in African villages. It is known to have cured opiate dependent people. Have any of you used it??
Answer: I have talked to many people that Iboga or Ibogaine has helped. If you have any questions about iboga join http://eboka.pkeffect.com/ and ask there.

Question: Where can I find Iboga in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada? This is NOT a controlled substance here, so it is o.k. to answer this openly.
If you live in the U.S. please do not even comment on the subject, thank you.
Answer: Probably won't be in a store. You're likely going to have to go through a dealer.
Question: Adam, Eve and Iboga (the tree of knowledge?) What is the tree of knowledge? There is a plant in Nth. Gabon, West Africa that is very amazing.
The root bark of the Iboga plant is a drug used by the tribes in ceromonies to connect with God. It also has the effect of stopping different addictions in a matter of days with no withdrawl effects.
Its very interesting, there is a web site Mindvox.com that has info about Iboga and there is a story about Adam and Eve and Iboga that is very strange. it is interesting and weid. see what you think.
Answer: The ibogaine section of MindVox is huge, it's not linked from their main site though, it is at: http://ibogaine.mindvox.com interesting site.
The article you're talking about is under the Articles button, it's written by Giorgio Samorini who is a well-known/respected psychedelics researcher.
Question: Is iboga/ibogaine really deadly? I read that it can be deadly, but it's very rare that people die from it. I've also read that people who die from it already have some bad medical conditions. The most recent thing I have read about it is that the people who die while on ibogaine don't really die from the ibogaine, but coincidentally died from something else they were about to die from anyway. Which of these is true?
Answer: It's been a long time since I've read about ibogaine, so I'm not sure how factual my information is. However if memory serves me correct ibogaine really isn't all that deadly. Any substance can be deadly, there are so many variables that come into play when you talk about someone dying from ingesting a substance. Dosage, immune system, pre-existing medical conditions, etc. Not to mention it was traditionally used in 'coming of age' rituals and has been increasingly used to treat opiate addictions... so that leads me to think it's rather non-deadly.
Question: Anyone tried Iboga root? If so, what was your experience?
Answer: read: http://www.iboga.org/us/epdr.htm
Question: tell me more about iboga trips? quantity to be taken safely, trip, side effects, danger
Answer: I like how you put this in the sprituality section. Nice move. Personnaly I never tried it but you could check out the site called erowid. :)
Question: Has anyone ordered or took the tabernathe iboga root plant, because i want to try and can afford that? i AM 145 lbs how much root to take. i cant afford the Hcl again or a clinic for that matter, but can afford the root bark at $25 at best for 2 grams compared to 1 g for $850. if anyone has feedback please respond I really dont need to hear that the Hcl is recommended or safer because i already know that. I am now on 25mgs of methadone which i cut in half from 45mgs about a month ago.. I really need help here. i ordered 1 gram of 98% ibogaine Hcl about 4 months ago, which is 16 mgs/kg of weight, there were no lucid dreams, i could get up walk around, perfectly coherant, a bit of daydreaming and seeing everything brighter, and kind of like lines in the air, but absolutely nothing else, the next day i felt like i got hit by a mack truck or had my *** kicked by 300 people, heavy withdrawal and ended up crawling hands and knees back to the clinic again on "liquid handcuffs" I felt defeated and heartbroken, not only because i was out of all that money, but also because i expected this amazing experience and a miracle of my dependancy just like i trad about from many other experiences. I due tend to have a high tolerance to any drugs. Please please anyone help. I am scared to death and desperate to get better and am strongly debating the root plant form this time. if anyone can give me the answer i need i will be thankful.
i know all of those facts i just want to know how much root bark or alkaloid to take. i am in canada, and it isnt illegal here
Answer: Outside Africa, iboga extracts as well as the purified alkaloid ibogaine are used in treating opiate addiction. The therapy may last several days and upon completion the subject is generally no longer physically dependent. One methadone patient said in the Dutch behind-the-news show Twee Vandaag that in just four days he reached a state that normally would have taken him three months, but without the agony. Evidence suggests that ibogaine may also help to interrupt addiction to alcohol and nicotine. The pharmacological effects are rather undisputed with hundreds of peer reviewed papers in support but formal clinical studies have not been completed.
In the United States these clinics are illegal but exist nonetheless, providing treatment for a wide variety of addictions.[2]
[edit] Legal status
Iboga is outlawed or restricted in Belgium, Denmark, France[3], Sweden, Switzerland. In the United States Iboga is classified by the Controlled Substances Act on the list of Schedule I drugs [1] [2] . Root material and extracts thereof is obtainable through various European smart shops.
Question: Ibogaine for treating/curing depression? Has anyone had any results with using ibogaine for treating depression? For those that don't know, ibogaine comes from the iboga plant and is illegal in the US (but not in Canada, Mexico, and many European countries). It is also used for curing heroin/opiate addiction/withdrawal symptoms. The fact that it is illegal in the US does not mean that it does not have legitimate medical uses.
Answer: Sorry I have never used it, I don't use conventional medicines at all (who needs the side effects and complications). Here are the medicines I have used for myself and my patients with 100% success.

Question: Could I overdose on these psychedelics if taken at the same time? cannabis
peyote
salvia divinorium
iboga
mushrooms
morning glory seeds
Answer: It would be difficult to overdose, but I can't imagine why anyone would want to ingest all those substances at the same time. I could see cannabis with mushrooms or morning glory seeds, but I wouldn't recommend any of the other combos.
I'm hoping this is only a hypothetical question.
Question: cannibal, would you try? I did..? many years ago as a young soldier i was posted near a small village on the outskirts of remote Tanzania. one night the chief of the village invited me to participate in a tribal ceremony. The chieftain asked that i be initiated into the tribe and as a custom i was offered a brew made up of the iboga plant.Iboga is a powerful plant which puts one into a trance like state where they recieve visions into themselves. Not wanting to refuse such a great honour i drank the said brew. After a time i became feverish and vomited numerous times .I was shaking uncontrollably and then i entered into what can only be described as a trance. I do not remember much of that night but with what little i do remember i will try to explain to you. After what seemed like an eternity of being in this zombie like state , some of the tribal women came into the hut i was sitting in and offered me some food. I was so hungry after all the vomiting and sweating that i gladly accepted. i could not see very well as it was dark and my vision was blurry from having ingested the brew. I ate what can only be described as cooked meat of some kind . The meat had a strange tangy taste which i had never tasted before and it was slightly oily.I soon began to feel much better and stronger than i have felt before. I then drifted off into a deep sleep and do not remember anything further of that night. The next morning i awoke to find that the cooked meat had in fact come from a human, a sworn enemy from another tribe that had been speared through the torso the day before. strangely i did not feel the urge to be sick . a strange calmness came over me. I left the tribe the following day to go back to my posting and never told a soul about what had happened. About a year later I was shipped to Iraq to fight in the Gulf war. To this day I have never forgotten the taste of the forbidden meat and I have yearned to partake in this pleasure. In a few months i am planning on travelling to the Congo in central Africa where i am told there is a thriving black market trade in bush meat. and i am keen to try some of the local delicacy. However I am looking for a travelling companion who has a strong stomach and doesn't mind the sight of blood. You will have to pay for youre own air fare and accomodation but i'm sure that is a small price to pay for this once in a life time trip. Anyone interested
MUhahahahahahahahahahahhaha........
Answer: Don't pay to have gorillas and other apes killed. I wouldn't expect you will find anyone willing to admit to eating humans. That taboo is very strong in western culture and any that practiced it wouldn't likely admit it to you. Gorillas and other apes are in serious trouble these days in that region and it should be a crime to even taste "bush meat'. Cannibalism was widespread a few hundred years ago where Europeans would eat ground up mummies. Apparently the distinction of them drying for several thousand years makes all the difference. Then it was called medicine. Talk about your meat not being fresh. It was apparently stopped after they started killing slaves and making them into medicine. It sounds to me like you ate some mind altering drug. That is what affected you and not the human flesh if you are serious and not just trying to be controversial.
Question: PAGANS and THELEMA followers - is there any kind of a deeper meaning in this? i have found the same exact combination of black white and read in many places which usually had to do something with pagan culture or Thelema
# it is said that some areas of Atlantis was filled with exclusively black white or red stones (which was probably painted for a certain purpose)
# in the shamanic Iboga religious rituals it is instructed for certain people to wear black red and white
# i saw some pagans which put on their altars one black one white and white red candle
# the Book of the Law is painted in black white and red
which is the central sacred religious text of the Thelema relireligionhich is a relgion which was started by Aleister Crowley - among the most known if not the most known magician of the 19th and 20th century
*** i know i've saw more but it just flue out of my head
Answer: I've never heard of that before, but it kind of sounds like the black might represent darkness (evil), the red - neutrality, and the white could be light (good).
However, that's just my guess at it, and I'm basing it off of how they use those particular colors in the Dragonlance novels. (Not "credible" sources with them being a fiction novels and all, but oh well.)
Question: Guild Wars farming? Hello. I dont farm much , little as possible. But for the Halloween special I am wanting to farm Sentient Roots. I know they drop from plants (except Beautiful Iboga) but I dont know where in Nightfall to farm. I started at the beginning outside Kamadan, but can only get around 6 roots lol. Does anyone know where in Guildwars are the most plants? Thanks :D
Thanks but no thanks Kev. I dont waste my real life hard earned money on fake money. so you can see how Im not gonna go buy some Guild Wars gold. My question was ..where to farm.. not where to buy gold. lol.
Answer: You can only get Sentient Roots from lvl 1-6 plants. So the best place would be outside Kamadan as you have said. You could also try outside Jokonur Diggings but there are all lvl 6-10 there so you would mostly get Sentient Seeds instead of Sentient Roots. Sorry :( There isnt many plants that are lvl 1-6 in the game sadly. Goodluck though . But if your tryin to get Tonics with your Roots, you can also kill Skree and collect Skree Wings and get Tonics with that, and you have more areas to farm Skree Wings than you do Roots. Goodluck and happy farming!
Question: Why do we have 'the war on drugs'? Are you really naive enough to think that the government does all these things for your own good, to protect you? Nonsense! This is not the reason that we have all this fuss around drugs. Do you think that this 'war' is keeping matters safer? Of course it doesn't. No, it only leads to more violence. Do you want to know the real reason for the government to advocate it? It's all just about this one little thing: MONEY!
Confused? I'll explain. Drug dealing is actually one of the pillars that hold capitalism nowadays. As long as drugs remain illegal, they remain expensive; but as soon as they shall be legalized, they'll immediately become much, much cheaper. And as for the lowering of their costs, the drug dealers surely won't be happy about it. The effects on the economy are expected to be devastating.
Let us, for example, take LSD—it is virtually impossible to overdose with this drug; it isn't more addictive than caffeine; it has numerous medical applications. Nonetheless, despite of this, it still remains Schedule I in the United States. Let us, for example, look on the African Beti-Pahuin people, whose religion—Bwiti—includes in its practices the consumption of a drug known as iboga. Those people use the drug regularly. And how are they doing so far? Well, they're doing just fine! Let us, for example, take the hippies, who are a culture that existed from the 1960's to the early 1970's, amongst whom drug use was the norm. And how did they do? Oh, I'll tell you how—they are probably the most peaceful subculture that ever existed in the last freaking thousand years! Doesn't it say anything to you?
Conclusion: the war on drug isn't good for anything. It is only a tool for the elite, who are aware of the truth. This kind of a 'war' only encourages more violence, more gangs, more ineffective imprisonment of people for non-violent crimes.
Answer: Um I agree with you 90% I'd personally like to get rid of this whole scam called "the war on drugs", it only creates more violence, and changes nothing, people still do it, try it and get it.
As for the LSD on the 60's culture, um seen some people from that decade in the mental health field, had one lady who told me she marched, did it all and most her friends either died or are hospitalized. So its not entirely harmless.
I just believe in the freedom for the individual to choose whats right for themselves. I only believe a law should exsist where it effects someone else. "your rights ends where the other persons nose begins", this whole safety law era we live in, its destroying the basis of freedom.

*** i know i've saw more but it just flue out of my head
Answer: Well, the altar thing was most likely Sabbat or intent oriented, but the rest of it might have something to it. White is the presence of all colours, and black is the absence of colours, and the each colour (not just black, white or red) have individual meanings as well.
I haven't really noticed anything, but you may be on to something.

BTW they did do trials in St Kitts that was approved by the FDA for the trial basis and supposedly the results were astounding, as seen on a news clip from you tube.
Answer: There's really nothing to suggest this stuff works, no trials, no tests, nothing. In fact, it looks like they're exploiting sick people by selling them something that doesn't work.
Only the methadone course has been proven to work.
